Capability assessment evaluated the maturity of procurement within the Council with recommendations for value adding changes to procurement structure, systems and processes.
Architected future strategy, improved operations, minimised risk and created savings relating to low value Tail Management supplier spend and Facilities Management Stores management.
Supported the HR function in identifying all non-permanent workers within the Council and evaluated their position and risk to the Council as per the HMRC IR35 guidelines
