Retearn were engaged with CLH Pipeline System (CLH-PS) Ltd, an oil product logistics company who provide services to several military facilities and main airports in the UK. Our consultants were initially engaged for the provision of  procurement support on a Containment project at three of their key sites to ensure adherence with regulatory requirements. Due to delivering the project ahead of schedule with £140k of cashable savings, Retearn were asked to lead on 13 new projects resulting in the delivery of £1.8m cashable savings overall whilst driving better contractor behaviour and enhancing confidence in the Procurement process.
Led and project managed all internal stakeholders, provided expenditure analysis and evaluation, specification development, sourcing and tender management.
Ran a full NEC3 tender and delivered the project 1 month ahead of schedule with a saving of £140k on a baseline spend of £1.1m.
